Help Center / Bank Transfers & Payments

What payment methods are supported?

We support multiple payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds to or from your trading account. Although we support several methods, you should keep in mind that not all options are available in every location our customers are based. To see what options are available for you, log in to your MyTraze account to see deposit options.
Before making a deposit, you should be familiar with how to make a withdrawal and how to verify your account.

International bank transfer

The international bank transfer option is available to all customers. You can transfer US dollars to our DBS bank account in Singapore from any bank, anywhere in the world; sending another currency will incur additional fees charged by our bank. We recommend only sending US dollars to this bank account. The amount we credit to your trading account is equal to the amount that clears in our bank account. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is US$1,000, and there is no maximum. In the bank transfer reference, you must use “Traze-[your MT4 account number]”. You should always transfer funds from a bank account in your name; we will reject funds received from anyone else. Funds usually arrive in two days and will be credited to your trading account once they clear in our account. If any of the information is incorrect, the funds will be returned. Log in to your MyTraze account to view DBS bank account information.

Local bank transfer

We accept local bank transfers from Southeast Asia for a fast, convenient and cost-effective way to fund your trading account. You can deposit in local currencies from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Local bank transfers are better than international transfers because they are cheaper to remit. Once we receive your funds, we’ll convert the amount to US dollars and credit your trading account. We collaborate with several respected partners in the region, so please pay attention to the instructions when using local bank transfers.

Credit/debit card

You can fund your account using either VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card. The minimum deposit via card is US$200, and the upper limit is US$10,000. Our payment processor will acquire US dollars from your card, and your bank will determine the foreign exchange rate that will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement. Kindly note that funding your trading account with someone else credit/debit card is not allowed and will result in a declined transaction.

E-wallets

We support e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and Perfect Money, which are very popular amongst forex traders. If you already have a funded payment account (e-wallet) with one of these e-wallets, you can use your balance to deposit to your Traze trading account. When you select one of these payment methods, you’ll be redirected to a sign-in page to authorise the payment from your chosen e-wallet. Keep in mind that you can only use an account registered to your name or email address.

Risk Warning:
Forex trading has a high risk and is not suitable for all investors. Before deciding to invest in the foreign exchange market, you must consider your investment goals, level of experience, and risk tolerance. There is a possibility that you will lose part or all of your initial capital, so you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. Make sure to fully understand all the risks involved in forex trading and, if necessary, seek advice from an independent financial advisor. Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investment decisions are personal responsibility, and there is no guarantee from any party that you will benefit from forex trading.

Disclaimer: Trading Derivative Contracts in an Alternative Trading System may not be suitable for all investors. You may incur significant losses within a short period. The amount of money you lose may exceed the initial funds (Initial Margin) you deposited with your Futures Broker. You could lose your entire Margin and any additional Margin placed with the Futures Broker to maintain your Derivative Contract position in the Alternative Trading System. This is because Futures Trading is heavily influenced by leverage, where a relatively small investment can be used to open positions with significantly higher asset values. If you are not prepared for such risks, you should not engage in trading Derivative Contracts in an Alternative Trading System.
