Dispute Resolution Procedure
- The customer submits a complaint;
- The administrator of PT TRAZE ANDALAN FUTURES will direct and assist customers via email and phone to make complaints on the website https://pengaduan.bappebti.go.id;
- Customers fill out online complaints on the website https://pengaduan.bappebti.go.id (“Bappebti Online Complaint System” or “SPOB”);
- The customer makes a complaint that contains information in the form of customer data, Futures Broker data and/or the reported party, the chronology of the complaint, completes supporting documents in the form of proof of fund transfer and special power of attorney if the complaint is made by the authority and upload the complaint through SPOB;
- After the complaint is verified and approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (BAPPEBTI), the complaint settlement process has entered the stage of handling customer complaints through the deliberation process at the Futures Broker level;
- The deadline for handling customer complaints is 21 (twenty-one) working days at most, counting after BAPPEBTI gives approval for the acceptance of customer complaints;
- All reports of customer complaint handling results will be reported to BAPPEBTI.
